In 2006, through first hand experience and observation, Chidi analysed  the emotions people had when they were victims of theft. People were no longer ready to accept their fate as victims because most of their life's work and vital information were stored directly or indirectly in their misplaced or stolen electronic asset(s) .

From this shift, a company was conceived: Trackimize. It was founded on the notion that people don't want to be delayed, scammed or exploited by security and customer care agents — they want to be helped ASAP.

Today, the Trackimize movement continues to empower individuals and businesses around the world to get the help the truly crave for by encouraging their efforts with innovative tools and rewards. 

Chidi loved serving these users, because understanding what insecurity entails is in his DNA: Chidi grew up in a relatively crime infested environment in a small town, south eastern part of Nigeria, where some of his school mates were either victims of kidnapping or superstitious ritual killings, as he grew up the society only got worse. He found that working in the security sector gave him the freedom to be more creative and adapt quickly to the needs of victims. So, in 2018, Chidi decided to focus exclusively on the security sector hence, Trackimize.

Working with and for customers taught us that Trackimize’s brand promise is to help individuals and SMEs secure their asset and grow sustainably no matter the channel.

Over the past few months, we launched a slew of new tools, games and functionalities:
